What Inspired Me To Create This Blog?
To answer this question, I have to first make a confession.
I'm obsessed with learning everything I can possibly learn about personal finance and I've always believed in preparing for anything in advance, especially for major life events.
So, while I was researching on the purchase of my 1st home online, I realized that there wasn't a place that consolidated all the personal financial tips I desperately needed for perhaps 1 of the biggest investments of my life!
This only made my home purchase even more daunting than it already is!
If I'm feeling this way, I'm sure there are many people out there feeling the same way too.
And that is why I created this site.
So that I can share my continuous learning journey, and provide you with valuable information on personal finance related to specifically to housing.
What to Expect From This Blog?
As my expertise lies in the area of personal finance, you can expect this blog to be strictly focused on the personal finance aspect for future and current home owners.
I'll be writing on topics like Savings, Investing, Insurance and Loans.
I aim to make this a place where future and current home owners can come for reliable financial tips right at their finger tips.
NOTE: As I'm NOT a HDB Hub Rep, Property Agent, Loan Specialist, please keep your questions related to PERSONAL FINANCE so that I'll be able to help you out with my area of Expertise.
For questions outside my area of expertise. I'll need time to research and solve them before I get back to you. If I'm unable to do so, I'll direct you to a specialist instead.
